Our Katahdins are raised on sunny pastures without pharmaceuticals, creating delicious, nutrient dense meats for you! Katahdin hair sheep produce excellent meat without being strong like wool breeds’ tendency. We try to make payments and pick-ups simple - free pick-up at our farm in Cottage Grove or Garver Feed Mill or delivery for a small fee. This is a “compact” box in terms of your freezer space.

Some tips we've learned along the way...

- Add multitudes of flavor and nutrition to your dishes with bones and organs.

- ????  Ask questions  ????

- Slow roasting (smoked lamb shoulder!) and grilling are our favorite cooking techniques.

- Try liver pate! It freezes wonderfully in small jars for an impressive charcuterie and is remarkably simple with just shallots/onion, wine, herbs & butter, or craft fresh treats for Fido.

- American Lamb Board has a variety of ethnic recipes we are consistently happy with.
